Elizabeth McGovern had an extended topless scene in the DVD of Ragtime that was blurred. There was a few frames that was uncensored, though. I had heard, however, that the more recent Bluray release had that scene completely uncensored. I was wondering if anyone had that.
I verified from many sites that the scene was uncensored on the Blu-Ray. It’s on the second disc, which is a rare workprint that runs 19 minutes longer than the theatrical release.
I had no luck tracking that down. All of the usual places had rips of disc one on the Blu-Ray, but nobody ripped the workprint. I considered buying the damned Blu-Ray, but it was a limited edition and is no longer available. It can be had on Amazon marketplace or E-Bay but the price is exorbitant.
So, I’m with the commenter. I’d love to see that uncensored version of the scene. Has anybody had better luck finding it?

By the way, the theatrical release of Ragtime was rated PG, despite a nude scene that was more than three minutes long and showed most of the fun stuff. I like that scene. I like the film as well.
You get a very brief (and somewhat long-range) glimpse of bush behind her hand at the beginning of the shot. Lovely. And lots of views of her nice breasts throughout. Good for her for doing this scene.
