Per the Daily Mail, the deletion seems to have been generated by comments about her appearance. Apparently many of her followers felt that her weight was more appropriate for a 10-year-old child than for a 5’7″ woman, and she took offense to their remarks.
I think her appearance changed because she has been struggling with life-threatening conditions. She was hospitalized for six weeks, which sounds serious.
