Johnny Moronics’s comments and clips
You know what the quality of Fatal Charm is going to be as soon as the “directed by Alan Smithee” credit arrives – and it doesn’t disappoint. Completely terrible movie about a high school girl (Amanda Peterson) who becomes obsessed with a Ted Bundy-type serial killer (Christopher Atkins). She skips school to go to his trial and writes him letters and inevitably he gets an interest in her, escapes from prison and comes to get her and kill anyone who gets in his way. Just never gets going beyond the sleaze and Atkins is the least convincing killer I’ve seen in a long while.
