Records are rarely unbreakable, especially the vinyl kind.
“Records are made to be broken,” they say.
It was 34 years before anyone topped Ruth’s famous “unbreakable” 60, but it fell.
It has been 75 years since Norm Van Brocklin set the NFL single-game passing record with 554 yards, but many people have come close, and it will fall some day. Probably against the Titans. (Given the unlikely assumption that the starting quarterback will ever be needed in the fourth quarter against the Titans.)
The Mooch’s “unbreakable” record, being fired by Trump in 11 days, lasted only nine years until Katie Zacharia shattered it with her 5-day tenure as press secretary. They didn’t even get a chance to mock her on SNL before her firing!
How did she get the job in the first place? My theory is that Trump wanted to hire the handicapped to atone for when he made fun of that one guy.

Either that or she was a make-a-wish kid.

I think he saw this as a power move – like with Hegseth, I’m going to take this pants-pissing dip and put him in charge of the experienced competent generals *because*I*can*.
Same with Katie, he wheels out this skanky-looking Fox News mannequin to show his contempt for the press. Until people explain to him in one-syllable words that a press secretary actually has to do things and she’s no fucking good.
Now if those same people could convince him we’re never going to ‘win’ in Iran and there’s still time to get the troops home for Christmas.
I don’t even know why he needs a press secretary. His ego can’t go an hour without a sham ceremony, press event, social media post, or rally where he can communicate his lies directly. Why hire a propaganda minister when he does all the lies himself and contradicts himself within seconds of his same brain rot rant?
A few more weeks and a few more of his enablers will be gone, and he will too in a couple years. Props to all his cult who wouldn’t listen to common sense 10 years ago and put us in the shit we’re in now. Congrats geniuses, hopefully they go back to their hole for the foreseeable future.
“Illegally Blonde” was my favorite joke about her.
