The booths are overdue for a comeback. It wouldn’t even have to be done by the phone company. Better hotels and especially clubs could offer it as an amenity for the few people who use their phones for something other than thumb exercise. They get some peace for talking, I get to not have to hear their cell-yell, the place can advertise it as a thoughtful gesture.
