High concept French-language rom-com from Switzerland.

Michael Monge is a young Medium, just like his mother who just died. As the sole heir to her gifts, he is encouraged by his sister to continue with her clients and communicate with the dead. But a new client will turn this career plan upside down.

Johnny’s remarks:

Very limited nudity in the final update for 2005 although there’s some decent nudity from Nadia Townsend in the oddball black comedy Puppy (shown below), and a decent nude scene in the forgotten telemovie Second Chance.

A woman who remembers too much meets a man who remembers almost nothing. She was sexually assaulted in high school, and thinks he may have been one of her tormentors. He has dementia and can’t remember anything, including that. Was he one of the guilty parties? It it possible that she could love him now?

Jessica is topless in the tub, but her nipple is barely visible, very briefly. To make matters even more problematic, her nipples, areolas and skin are all similar colors, so you need a microscope to see what’s going on, and even if you are successful, there’s no real “sense” of nudity.

If you’re reading this sentence, you’re probably aware that she did some nudity in two famous films: the blockbuster An Officer and a Gentleman, and Bertolucci’s The Sheltering Sky. You may not know of all the obscure films in which she occasionally showed a bit of flesh to pay the bills. Her career nudity, although not profuse, spanned 41 years (1976-2017), from about ages 20 to 61.
