USA horror/slasher. Aka “Terror Eyes”
A Boston police detective investigates a series of gruesome decapitations of various college coeds committed by a helmeted, black-leather clad serial killer which leads him to suspect a well known anthropology professor as well as his female live-in assistant.
This was the last film ever directed by Ken Hughes, who once directed important films like Cromwell, The Trials of Oscar Wilde and the silly Peter Sellers version of Casino Royale that featured many 007s. If you download and watch the lengthy clip 4K below (and I don’t recommend it), you’ll see that he had lost whatever directorial skills he once possessed. The clip is overlong, repetitious and completely lacking the tension it was striving for.
There’s not much to see in the nudity department, but it is the beautiful Rachel Ward at 23, now in 4k!

Didn’t you see both boobs in the full frame version? She actually discussed this scene recently and said she wished she had done more nude scenes.
Off topic, Elizabeth McGovern had an extended topless scene in the DVD of Ragtime that was blurred. There was a few frames that was uncensored, though. I had heard, however, that the more recent Bluray release had that scene completely uncensored. I was wondering if anyone had that.
They blurred it on the DVD? Jeebus, I didn’t know that was a thing. That’s stupid. Why did they want to make a child-safe version of “Ragtime”, for pete’s sake? Did they blur Norman Mailer getting shot in the head too?
IIRC David Lynch blurred out Laura Harring’s pubes on the DVD for “Mulholland Drive” because he didn’t want people screen-capturing it.
This was a deleted scene. Her nude scene in the actual film was uncensored.
If you’re referring to Mulholland Drive, the DVD was censored for the reason he stated.
It wasn’t until the Criterion Blu-ray that the movie was finally restored and left uncut/uncensored so Laura Harring didn’t look like a Barbie doll.
There was a big discussion when it happened then finally when Lynch changed his mind and allowed it to be unaltered in the later release.
