Aussie horror film lensed in Melbourne.

Three wealthy schoolgirls escape for a weekend getaway to a remote town, unaware it’s been overtaken by psychopaths who stalk and terrorize them, turning their vacation into a horrific nightmare.

Trivia:

Karen West, a Melbourne based model, was Australian Playboy’s 1980 Playmate of the Year. This launched her into a supporting role on “The Paul Hogan Show” (replacing Karen Pini, Australian Penthouse’s 1979 Pet of the Year) and brief appearances in feature films including 1982’s “Squizzy Taylor”.

Her appearance in a sketch with Paul Hogan involving doing push-ups with the aid of an adjustable ‘banana lounge’ recliner was used in many ‘best of Australian television’ specials for the next 30 years.

Lee Grant’s nude scene in When Ya Comin’ Back, Red Ryder? reminded me of Candy Clark, who did full-body nudity in that film.

Candy didn’t have many nude roles, but when she did, she was totally committed.

Candy was nominated for an Oscar for American Griffiti in 1973. Although her nude scenes never made it past the 1970s, she is still acting. She is 78 now and apparently she was in an episode of Criminal Minds earlier this year.

She made our list of the Top Nude Scenes of 2015 for a full-frontal appearance in a Paolo Sorrentino movie, Youth. She played Miss Universe, and surely had the looks for it.
