Almost didn’t recognize her since she changed careers and adopted this ‘heroin chic’ look, she was much healthier looking before she started to interact in these new social circles. Shame, though, I wish her the best, just hope she takes care of herself better.
I would call this the wee faerie child look. Anna Scheglova above is much closer to heroin chic, and even she’s not fully there, IMO. I think you need spiky black hair for that. And raccoon eye makeup.
