As I remember it, this film has nothing to do with Sodom. It’s a B&W Joe Sarno film about a photographer’s sexual exploitation of his models, until one woman comes along and outsmarts him.
If you ever went to an R-rated drive-in, you have probably seen at least one of his movies. He churned out dozens of them in the 60s, 70s and 80s.

It would not surprise me if the name was chosen to bandwagon on the various biblical epics that were made during the 50s and 60s. He probably had a lot better chance of getting the film distributed with that title instead of something more apt like “Naked Lesbian Playground”.

If I was a kid in the era of movies like these being shown on drive-in screens I would have been constantly trying to sneak in
