Most of Earth has been destroyed by an asteroid. A small military colony, New America, has managed to survive in the Arctic. When a soldier goes missing at the colony, authorities send Ryan Murphy to investigate.
Classic 1990s Grade-Z film. The cast also included Richard Grieco and Nick Spano.

That’s some peak Pressley right there, and you brightened her up nicely.
With that cast, (Lopez, Grieco, Spano) noting that it’s a “Grade-Z” film is redundant.
I was struck by this line… “When a soldier goes missing at the colony, authorities send Ryan Murphy to investigate.”
After the investigation, he went on to create “Glee” and “American Horror Story.”
And became an insufferable cunt in creating awful TV shows.

Even Rifftrax, some very funny guys, failed to make this watchable.
(For those who don’t recognize the name, Rifftrax is basically a continuation of Mystery Science Theater 3000 , which was one of my favorite shows.)
