One of the funniest lines from SNL’s 50th Anniversary was from John Mullaney. Mullaney “interrupted” Steve Martin’s monolog and he talked about how difficult the celebrity hosts were to work with. “Over the course of 50 years, 894 people have hosted Saturday Night Live and it amazes me that only two of them have committed murder.”
I immediately realized that one of those hosts was Robert Blake, but I had forgotten that O.J. Simpson hosted 49 years ago. So I thought he was referring to Alec Baldwin.
