This is the true story of Lee Miller, a fashion model who became an acclaimed war correspondent for Vogue magazine during World War II. The film was adapted from the 1985 biography The Lives of Lee Miller by Antony Penrose.
Kate shows her breasts three times: once at a picnic (where Noemie Merlant is also topless), once to Vampire Eric in a modeling/sex scene, and once to Andy Samberg in the famous scene where Lee Miller took a bath in Hitler’s tub. Her breasts look much better than the last time we saw them, but I don’t know whether that is a result of cosmetic enhancement. Whatever the explanation, she looks great with her shirt off.

Just looking back at Kate’s history of film nudity, you can see how she changes her weight for roles and how her chest looks accordingly. When she did The Reader, she was super thin and they were tiny, in Hideous Kinky she had quite a bit of weight on and they were full, now she’s put some weight on again and they’re fuller.
She’s drooping were she should as a woman in her 40’s and has no artificial curve, so I think she’s still (mostly) packing her factory installed parts.
