The latest episode did not have a fake penis. Secondly, even fake penises that were in previous episodes are made to look like real ones, which is why we often see questions on Twitter, in the media and in interviews whether the penis was real. Yes, the penis was fake in the last episode of The White Lotus, it has been confirmed. It is very rare to see a real penis these days in tv shows or films. And yes, Merkin is a fake hair but it is something that simulates real pubic hair, it is the same thing as a fake penis prosthesis. And I would say not to worry too much about it, because soon many male and female nude scenes will be AI, CGI etc.
The majority are NOT fake, including the last episode. The episode before was likely fake which is probably what you are referring to.
Buddy, of all the interviews I’ve seen with actors talking about this, most of them are penis fake (and you can clearly tell when they’re fake).
