Alexane Albert has one credit at IMDb, a 2018 film called The Dance Lesson. I think that might be the same film as La Nuit. The filmography of producer/director Caroline Chomienne at IMDb includes The Dance Lesson, but not La Nuit. Chomienne’s filmography at Altermedia’s Twitter page includes La Nuit, but not The Dance Lesson. I therefore deduced that they are one and the same film, but I can’t state that for a fact.
It seems, based on her IMDb and Instagram pages, that Alexane Albert is a dancer, not a professional film actress. Whatever her true calling, she definitely looks good naked.
Reminds me of the American dancer Bobbi Jene Smith, who had a documentary about her preparing to do a nude dance piece, as well as being nude in a few other movies
