According to Reddit, this topless, near-nude photo of Eva Longoria was photographed by Nino Muñoz for Arena magazine March, 2007, but it remained an outtake and did not appear in the magazine.

Never thought we’d see a shot of the lovely Eva Longoria showing any kind of nudity such as a full tit shot. Certainly very beautiful, and we should thank these people for realizing that releasing a single shot like this today will not lead to the end of the world unlike what might well have happened back in the unenlightened days of 2007.
