This is an English-language sci-fi film lensed in Bulgaria with an international cast (of unknowns).
The Utopia of the title is a fantasy theme park, kind of a twist on Westworld, except that the experience is basically designed solely to be the ultimate bordello. In this variant of the premise, the humanoids are not programmed from scratch, but are created by kidnapping real women. The system seems to have worked pretty well for a while, but then the park managers kidnapped the wrong woman – the girlfriend of a top-line special ops soldier. Hoo-boy is he hoppin’ mad! He infiltrates the place in the guise of a client. Havoc ensues.
The ending of the film indicates that this was intended to be the pilot of a TV series, or part one of a possible low-budget film franchise.
This film is only rated 3.7 at IMDb, but I ended up watching it straight through. That doesn’t mean it is a good movie. It’s definitely in the “B” class. It means that I’m easily entertained by a sci-fi premise, an action hero defying overwhelming odds, and lots of beautiful naked women in good light.
Come to think of it, that’s about all one needs in life.

THIS, Hollywood! Steal this! It needs its own cinematic universe – an origin story, a 3-movie arc, a gritty reboot! You’ll never have to write again. If some of these actresses are available, so much the better; y’know, for the authenticity.
Apparently there’s no lower frontal nudity? That could be the difference between a 3.7 on IMDB and an 8.
Damn, these producers must be Russ Meyer’s offspring
