I’m not completely sure that I have captured the right woman, nor do I know whether that woman is wearing a prosthetic chest. She is in the clip somewhere.

She was also that hot teacher with the big tits in “Kick-Ass” in the film’s first 5-10 minutes.
She was hot in that. I think that’s the only time I’ve actually watched a movie with her in the cast, although I did see that scene from The Deuce series when it aired, but she was not a very important character, and I was watching Emily Meade in that scene.
In Kick-Ass it looks like she pops her left nip for about one frame.
She had some grainy nudity in Love Thy Neighbor (2005) as one of a few pornstars on a TV screen.
I have read that she gets the girls out in A Cry From Within (2014) with the ubiquitous Eric Roberts.
