This is a quickie sex comedy from The Asylum group. It’s set in 1973, following a similar plot line to Airplane, but in a ham-handed way. It’s basically a 1960s-style drive-in softcore, with a lot of toplessness, but little more. There is not a single butt on view. There is one “full-frontal” scene, but remember that the action is set in the 1970s, so she’s wearing a gigantic merkin.
How good can a film be when Tom Arnold is the biggest star?
It’s streaming on Amazon, but not included with Prime. (I can’t believe I spent three bucks on this crap.)

To paraphrase MST3k, can a movie really “star” Tom Arnold? Wouldn’t it be more accurate to say that the camera is pointed at Tom Arnold most of the time?
When I watched the first season of FUBAR. I got about halfway through and realized this show could really use Tom Arnold.
And then there he was. And there was much rejoicing.
At very least he’s great at supporting roles in comedic spy thrillers.
I think he’s actually good as a twitchy, nervous sidekick. True Lies used him beautifully.
In this film he played a senator. I know it’s a comedy, but that seems to be a stretch.
On the other hand, we actually have some dumb-ass white trash guys in high government positions now, so maybe it’s not such a stretch.

That movie sucked, but Amazon sprung an unadvertised bonus on me. When Airplane 2025 finished, I unexpectedly got to watch Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning for free (OK, with ads, but still free!) That made the whole deal worth the three bucks I paid.
The brand new one, that was just released to theaters this past weekend??? Or the part one to that, which is from 2023? I mean, how in the world did they show you the brand new to theaters film?

As you can tell, I don’t follow that series! I enjoyed the film, however. Sometimes slick, mindless entertainment is just what the doctor ordered.
Just because it was set in the 70s didn’t mean they had to use a gigantic merkin. First off, not all natural bushes are gigantic. They used a merkin because they made the dumb decision to not show a real bush so they wouldn’t have anything that actually would be defined as a full frontal. They clearly only wanted to do topless in the movie. And it is ridiculous that this crap isn’t a part of regular Prime. These people are still trying to make extra money by selling lousy movies with some topless chicks for a separate charge. Basically stupid Cinemax type shit. People can get far more interesting stuff for free on the net so they should just stop wasting everyone’s time with this. Even the few people that would pay for this stuff to check it out would stop after seeing how worthless these movies are.
It’s a COMEDY set in the 70s – the 70s-style bush was part of the joke.
