Well, to be fair, I think she IS wearing a vest. That should count for something.
Yeah, there’s some kind of blouse or such under the jacket. It’s the same material and VERY low cut, but it does exist.
But there’s probably a fair amount of doublesided tape holding it in place as well.
The way it’s clinging, she probably has it taped to her chest to make sure there are no malfunctions.
