I don’t think that would be suffiicient for an accessory to murder charge – it would be necessary to show that he either knew she was planning to kill the guy, or that he knew she killed the guy and helped him hide it. She didn’t try to hide it – she called 911 – and he can easily just say “she had a booking as an escort, I never ask the details”. He’ll probably be found guilty of pimping, but unless there is some concrete evidence that show otherwise, it will be hard to disprove a claim of “I thought she was only going to do safe stuff, otherwise I would have stopped her”.
My guess is that the murder charge won’t stick to her either, by the way, and she will eventually plead guilty to manslaughter.
That article said she was charged with killing the guy, but it didn’t say what the actual charge was. I thought the charge would likely be manslaughter because it’s highly unlikely that she intended to kill the guy. But according to the LA Times, she was charged with murder. That would almost certainly be depraved heart murder. They will argue that she was extremely reckless and showed a callous disregard for human life. Given that she recorded what she did to the guy, that may be very easy to prove. They may offer a manslaughter plea deal. Manslaughter may be a lesser included charge that the jury could convict her of instead of murder. The one thing she will not get is a Not Guilty verdict. I’d say, she might have a shot at a pardon from Trump, but he can’t pardon her for a state crime.

Thinking of it in terms of “another guy is fucking your wife” and not “your wife is fucking another guy” feels rather puritanical to me, because it makes it sound like the issue is a competition between men, and denies agency to the wife.
