In the IMDB listing for the series I can not find an actress listed as Laura Taylor. I can see three actresses called Laura but no-one called Taylor.
Yeah, IMDb seems to have not updated the cast list to any of the season 2 episodes yet.
Probably a few (or many) of you have already read the Gabriel Garcia Marquez novel, but allow me to put a plug in for those who haven’t (although the last time I read it was over 40 years ago). It’s arguably the pinnacle of the Latin American “magical realism” movement, and a very enjoyable book.
Garcia Marquez refused for many years to allow any film adaptation, but there was actually a Japanese (!) version which came out in the 80s. This TV version was finally authorized by his sons.
It is nice to see some bush in various of those One Hundred Years of Solitude screen captures.
