During a heat wave in Marseille, three roommates are cooped up in their apartment. From the balcony they look out at their mysterious neighbor, about whom they indulge in all sorts of fantasies. However, late into the night, an ordinary conflict turns into a bloodbath.
Noémie not only performed in Les Femmes au Balcon (The Balconettes), but she also wrote and directed this new French horror/comedy. I don’t think they have announced a release date yet for the Blu-Ray or streaming, or for a North American theatrical release. Right now all we have is this mediocre cam dubbed in Russian.

So does this movie get reserved for the 2025 best nudity award? The movie had very limited release in French speaking countries and did the usual festivals, but as far as a full out release, there is yet to be one.
