I’ve wondered about that based on some other recent pics from her, but in this one her boobs seem just about as small as they’ve always been. She was never *completely* flat.
“Ballerina boob jobs” are a thing. Look at Jenna Ortega or Gracie Abrams.
I also think Margaret might have had a boob job. They look bigger than before, and I think you can see an incision scar. Of course, I’m not sure. But do you think Jenna Ortega has had a boobjob too?
