This Italian sex comedy co-starring Laura Gemster is not really part of the Black Emanuelle series. It’s a completely unrelated rip-off, despite the film’s title and the identity of its star. Laura Gemser plays a new doctor who comes to a small Italian village, and her name is not even Emanuelle, but Selenia or Fatima, depending on which language you watch it in.
Whatever flaws Joe D’Amato’s Emanuelle films may have, they are at least professionally photographed. This one is pure crap.
