It is incorrect to say there is no evidence. More accurately, there is no corroborated evidence. FBI FD-302 interview reports released by the Department of Justice from the Jeffrey Epstein files contain uncorroborated allegations from a woman claiming she was sexually assaulted by Donald Trump in the 1980s when she was a minor. The hand-written notes underlying those reports are still being (illegally) withheld by the DoJ.
The failure of the department to produce them, defying a judicial order, casts an inevitable suspicion that they are more damning than they are likely to be in reality.
Moreover, nobody has exonerated Bill Clinton. We all know he’s a sleazebag.
