The Illinois Supreme Court just overturned her brother’s conviction for faking a racist/homophobic attack by Trump supporters against him. The decision wasn’t about the merits of the case. Instead, the court held that his Due Process Rights were violated when he was charged by a special prosecutor, even though Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx had already dropped the charges. Smollet should really send Kim Fox a Christmas Card.
