She didn’t really expose any of her naughty bits, but we get a clear look this time. Aesthete’s 1080hd film clips are the best I’ve seen from this film.

Dame Judi was 33 when she did Midsummer. Ten years later, she did a real nude scene at age 43, in Langrishe, Go Down.

To my knowledge, there is no other nudity in her film career. She just turned 90, so I don’t expect any more, unless she wants to break Jessica Tandy’s record. (Tandy was 85 when she did her nude scene in Camilla.)

Your copy of Langrishe seems a bit better. The colors were really washed out on my copy. (I think I downloaded it from YouTube.)
This was broadcast on PBS in 1968 or 1969. It surprised me at the time that they would show this on TV.
Public broadcasting ruled back in the day, first nude woman on TV was Valerine Perrine in play Steambath & I remember lots of BBC stuff with nude scenes

Ole Judi was actually unhappy when Langrishe Go Down was released on DVD. She was under the impression that the film would be shown on television once then never again.
