I actually watched this one all the way through. It’s not all that “futuristic,” except for the soul mate test. Not even then. It is an entertaining rom-com. The writing is witty, and Imogen Poots has good chemistry with Brett Goldstein.
We haven’t seen Poots around here in a while.

She’s not anyone’s favorite actress, but I’ve been following her career since 28 Weeks Later. You have no idea how pleased I am that she’s making this comeback in the splendor of her nakedness.
Her body is so perfect and her face is beautiful too. I’ve always been captivated by the close-up view of her nipples in Mobile Homes, they are so hard and pretty there
I don’t know what rock you’ve been hiding under, but I’ve been jumping up & down when she’s in something for a long time. I liked Vivarium a bunch, by which I mean she seems to have a knack for picking interesting shows to be in.
It’s like the whole ‘with a name like Smucker’s…’ bit.
With a name like Poots, that ass better be tight. And it is.

I feel similarly about Imogen. Latest addition to that category is Immy Waterhouse (Suki’s sis). Much cuter than Suki, IMO.
The one I’m really looking forward to is Chronology of Water, where she was directed by Kristen Stewart: “… the movie showcases its hero numbing herself with sex, drugs, booze, and various other forms of self-destructive behavior…two ill-advised marriages and liberation through BDSM — courtesy of a dominatrix played with extra deadpan irony by Kim Gordon”
Wait, Kim Gordon from Sonic Youth?!? Sheee-it, son, I’d go just to see her play the dominatrix. Plus bonus Poots? I’m there.
People may scoff when I say this, but that scene from A Long Way Down is one of my all-time favorites. I’ve always had an affinity for the whole ‘seeing a woman’s butt through an open hospital gown’ thing, and it helps that she may have one of the cutest butts ever put to screen.
As for the movie (All of You), I guess I missed the part where this was supposed to be a comedy (both IMDb and Wikipedia have it listed as a drama). Aside from the occasional bit of witty banter, it felt like a cliche melodrama. But yeah, it was definitely good to see Poots back to her nude ways (though I continue to be disappointed by the lack of her…poot chute).

Thanks, I hadn’t seen that one before. Rachel’s scene is good and she’s by far the bigger star, but it still doesn’t even come close to Imogen’s scene in my book.
