The premise:
An overworked and underpaid production assistant drives around Bucharest to shoot the casting for a workplace safety video commissioned by a multinational company.
Sounds great, doesn’t it? Perhaps the greatest film to come from Eastern Europe since “Our Friend, the Tractor.”
While reading this long movie title, I immediately knew it had to be directed by Radu Jude.
The man did make a movie called Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn that did have actual porn in it
Actually, I could see that story as a weird deadpan comedy directed by someone like Jim Jarmusch or Wes Anderson.
