I worked with her on “The Program”. She was very unprofessional. She cussed me out for talking to then husband David Justice. She also cussed at him for talking to me. In one scene, all she had to do was introduce Omar Epps to the actor playing her father. The line was “This is my father”. 22 takes later, we lost the light and had to come back the next day for her to get the line right.
My take on this incident is, you’re in the wrong. Just, not for the thing the talent cussed you out for. Rather, for generalizing from a single incident on one bad day she had. With good reason, we say an anecdote is not data.
I know neither Berry nor Epps, virtually at all. Still, I reckon I know them a damned sight better than I know you. You are, no more than me, hardly the center of the solar system.
All she had to do was lift her arms to get the top off. But she was trying to shield her breasts from the camera as if everyone hasn’t seen her breast’s already.
I think it’s clear that this was set up to flash her tits while pretending they weren’t trying to show her tits. Obviously, she wouldn’t care one bit. There were several times she didn’t even try, they just put the censor thing over it. At least the little censor heart somehow missed the target several times. Gee, I wonder how that happened. Boy, they do make you work hard for a few nipple slips.
There are obstacles: heels, hair-do, saving the shirt, that coulda been taken out of the picture. Why we stick with untenable constraints is a mystery. But, I’ve done it, I’d wager you have too. If it made any sense to bet on. Thankfully it don’t. That said, I don’t know where the pain is coming from. I don’t think you do either. Unless one of you has a real observation to point out that I wasn’t able to glean from watching & listening to the video, our speculations second-guessing what was going on are both ill-founded & totally useless.
I don’t see what separates this situation from when a cat owner thinks they know what’s going on in their kitty’s mind. They absolutely do not.
