Gretchen was a beautiful woman who had two separate periods of nudity.
The first was in 1988 when she appeared topless in the commercial success, Red Heat. She had small breasts.
She did no more scenes with her natural bosom but she re-appeared some eight years later with some new-fangled store-bought breasts, and did four nude scenes in four years. (Probably five. Commenters noted that she did some nudity in Bedtime, a short-lived Showtime series from the mid-90s. I have not been able to find it.) Three of them were damned nice scenes: Tales from the Crypt, Perversions of Science, and Starquest II. Unfortunately these were done just before the digital era, so the original images were mediocre, and none of the projects has merited an HD re-release, to my knowledge. The fourth scene, Trois, in on DVD but it’s one of those films where the nudity is obscured by elbows and editing. Gretchen sort of stayed out of the main focus. (She was the “other woman” who joined a couple for a threesome. Because of the photography and editing issues, that sounds much better than it actually is.)

Gretchen is 63 now, and based on her Instagram, she is in the real estate business. (She still looks great, and is pictured with her equally beautiful daughter.)
She also had a lot of nudity in the old Showtime series Bedtime, which is pretty much impossible to find.
Came here to mention that. You must have been the other guy who was watching it. That also had nudity from Susan Gibney and pre-fame Felicity Huffman.
I have one frame of her topless in none of the things I posted, so logic would seem to indicate that it is from Bedtime, but I don’t want to post it if it is misinformation. I don’t have any clips from that show, and only a few random stills of Felicity Huffman.
Natural always looks nicer. Small breasts can be very attractive. Aside from responding to actual medical issues, I don’t see why women see the need for cosmetic breast surgery.
Unfortunately, I think a lot of women that work in the media do it because they can’t do much topless. It gives them more cleavage and fills out all tops better. The natural smaller breasts usually look better, but since these women usually can’t show that in Hollywood they are at a disadvantage. The smaller breasts will be very successful if these women were allowed to show them on a regular basis. It works even better when they are allowed to show the entire nude body as the curves look fantastic. When they crop women from the waist up we lose that figure that helps put the breasts in context with the entire form.
