I take it you’re joking. Still, keeping up the pretense for a second, she’s drinking a veggie shake in a mason jar. One side and one corner of the jar have been slathered with the shake. The clearer glass in between has some shape of its own, plus a distorted view of the jagged rocks in the background. The shape of the clear part and the bumpy looking light going through it mimic the shape and texture of a pickle. In short, it’s all an optical illusion. Not to say that this is a big deal.
