I think you only have to be old enough to be a granny, not necessarily to be one. You can’t order your children to reproduce, and you can be a MILF at 40 even if you never had kids.! For example, Jennifer Coolidge, the first famous MILF, never had kids, so is technically not a MILF at all.
I dunno, I had a friend who was a grandmother at 37. She had her first child at 16, who had her first child at 20 or so.
