Short answer: She isn’t.
Long answer: Dixie is a singer, actress, and social media star who first became famous for dance and lip-sync videos on TikTok. At one time she was the most-followed creator on the platform. So I guess she’s kinda-sorta important. Not in a “volcano blots out the sun” or “cancer has been cured” way, but in the sense of “I suppose lots of people must know who she is.”
