This is a martial arts action film. (I’ll bet you guessed that from the title.) It stars Don “The Dragon” Wilson, who made (and apparently is still making) dozens of these. I haven’t seen that many of his films, and haven’t seen any of the recent ones, but the ones I’ve seen are usually pretty entertaining “B” movies.
