Big Women was a 4 part U.K Channel 4 miniseries from 1998. The better question I think is: is it available to be viewed anywhere? I found part one, which this scene is from, but it’s from a Russian website.

That Big Women scene raises the question: is there an example of an American TV-series with regular actresses, where in an episode the entire main female cast is completely naked?
Or is this completely unthinkable in America?
It is unthinkable in modern Britain too.
What about in America around 1991?
It’s pretty unthinkable in the UK too.
If anything the US continued to have shoes like True Blood, Game of Thrones, Rome, Banshee, where as the UK slowed down it’s nudity because of the watershed curfew. Big Women and stuff from the 90s only happened as it was party of the edgy appeal, launching Channel 4 and Channel 5.
I mean, there’s kind of three-part question there. One, you need a show that has a female-led cast, which is already relatively uncommon. Two, it needs to be on a network where nudity is an option, so shows like Desperate Housewives or other ones on network/basic cable are out. How many shows have we even had that fit those parameters? Sex & The City, Girls, Sex Lives of College Girls, Orange is the New Black, what else?
Now, for the third: where the women of the main cast are naked in that episode. Certainly, in the above examples, several members of the main cast were naked at some point, but rarely all in the same episode, let alone at the same time. Orange Is The New Black might be the closest, just because there’s context that makes such a scene make sense. (I remember one Sex and the City where they went to a steam bath together and so the characters were all naked together– except Charlotte, because that plot was about her being nervous to drop her towel there– but they only nudity we saw were extras.)

I’m mostly curious about the context. Why are they dancing naked in the living room? Why did that guy just barge in, and on seeing four naked women, scream “No!” like he had been stabbed? It’s all very strange.
Because there is also a kid in the room with them, I assume his kid with one the women.
England & Europe were always ahead of the curve, doing nudity on TV since at least the 70s – but we were catching up by the 2000s, Californication etc. but the nudity on those was mostly guest stars
yeah, very few where EVERY main actress is nude in one scene – True Blood? Westworld? The HBO ones follow in the footsteps of Sex & the City, so Girls & Euphoria have some like Sweeney showing tits & ass but not most of her friends
