The first capture looks funky because it’s a phone film within the film.

The 2000 update continues with extensive nudity in the lesbian murder mystery The Monkey’s Mask particularly from Susie Porter extending her impressive run. There’s also good nudity in the thriller Risk, sci-fi thriller Nacrosys, comedy Muggers and action comedy Sensitive New Age Killer.

Very brief. It’s unnoticeable without pausing. As far as I know, there is no real nudity in this series.
And what a supremely odd series it is.
The all-powerful yet insecure god Zeus (Jeff Goldblum) starts to fear his end of reign once he notices a wrinkle on his forehead, possibly indicating the end of the world. He becomes paranoid and vengeful towards his lieges. Meanwhile, three humans start to discover their connections with each other and grand conspiracies involving the Greek gods.
That official description probably should add that the the series doesn’t take place in ancient times, but in the modern world.

In season two, the series took a hard tack off its original course. Season one was a reasonably accurate bit of historical fiction leavened by satire. Season two used the names of historical characters, but completely rewrote their stories and their chronology. If you want to act as an apologist for the historicity of the series, you could argue that most of the historical figures kinda-sorta behave in character, and you could fairly posit that the show doesn’t pretend to be accurate. It has become more of an alternate universe show like Bridgerton, albeit using the names of people who really lived.
That makes it sound like I’m giving it a thumb down. Nothing could be further from the truth. Once I decided to go with it, I found the season immensely entertaining, including even Minnie Driver’s outrageous and ridiculous portrayal of England’s Queen Elizabeth.

New Russian film. Original title: Ячейка общества
An important event in the life of a young family is the child going to kindergarten for the first time. A young mother, who has been on maternity leave for five years, encounters a feeling of freedom for the first time. Not knowing where to apply herself now, she falls in love. The daughter witnesses innocent flirting and, misinterpreting the situation, tells everything to her father. Until recently, the absolutely happy “unit of society” begins to collapse. And young parents have to grow up in order to be able to save their family.

Johnny’s overview:
Another good year for nudity (although most of the best nudity will be in the second update) with a couple of big entries from Susie Porter (including Better Than Sex in this update). There’s also good nudity in Innocence and the New Zealand movie Exposure, plus a great scene from Abi Tucker in Angst and the best nudity Rose Byrne ever did.
