It’s another quickie from Fred Olen Ray, and it has been known by other titles as well: The Capitol Conspiracy and The Prophet. Ray has directed countless TV projects and 70 indie films in just about any genre you can think of. His specialty now is Christmas movies!

I saw this film a bunch of times. Man, she is fine. The one thing I liked about Don “The Dragon” Wilson films wasn’t just that he kicked ass but he made out with a lot of fine ladies.
