Yes, this whole situation is very strange and poorly explained. Normally, she would have used stickers, etc. It doesn’t make much sense for her to be completely naked for no reason in front of everyone on set.
The same story was with one of my fave nude movies, The Man Who Wasn’t There ’83 (not the Coen Bros) where Lisa Langlois said on a podcast she did a full -on streak & skinny dip & was told by the producers “Oh sure honey, we’re putting in special effects to cover the nudity…” Colman was prob just a very naive young actress, & she has nothing to be ashamed of!

I just spent an our looking for it with no luck. There is a reference to it in another thread. It was a short, poor quality video with her laying on the bed near the bottom of the screen showing her bottom half nude including bush. She then sits up.

While Corinne Bohrer’s scene in Dead Solid Perfect is vastly superior, she was topless (most of her breasts, including nipples) in a black-and-white short film, The Coriolis Effect. It’s included in an anthology called Kisses in the Dark. Search under that title and you’ll find it online.
She was also topless in S.O.B., which featured a topless Julie Andrews, which may qualify for this list (she briefly showed one tit in Darling Lily).
Corinne was not in S.O.B., naked or otherwise. She is not listed in the IMDB credits, and I’ve seen the film several times and she’s not in there.
