That fine is far, far greater than the combined value of everything on Earth, which is estimated to be around a quintillion dollars including known and even presumed mineral reserves. In fact the fine is almost as large as the square of the value of everything on earth.
(The total is based on fines for blocking the content of Russian propaganda sites, with the absurd amount created by the compound interest accrued by Google’s failure to pay.)
In fact, Google’s market value (Alphabet’s value to be precise) is pretty damned high – about two trillion dollars, which is approximately equal to the annual GDP of Russia!

Not sure why they didn’t go for the obvious, and fine Google a googol dollars.
Like Russia has any legal authority over Google. That’d be like China fining me for calling the premier a pinhead.
Or like Trump thinking he can make the country of China pay for import tariffs on goods sold from a Chinese company to an American one.
