Indie drama from the USA. Filmed on Whidbey Island (Washington state) in 2011, but not released until 2017.
On a remote wooded island, Joslyn, a 19-year-old girl, becomes caretaker to an old man in a vegetative state. She has no cell signal and no Internet. Only a year removed from high school and forced to meet the needs of a man who cannot respond, she vacillates between finding solace in his company and feeling fear and anger towards him. As the monotony of daily routine starts to unravel, boundaries collapse and she struggles with sexuality, guilt and loss.

I had thought that Joslyn did only one other nude scene, in an offbeat film called Her Composition (2015).
A talented, artistically stuck composition student starts seeing escort clients after failing to secure her scholarship. Struck with unexpected sounds during her sexual encounters, she turns them into music and the clients into her muse.
However, the commenter called “uncle” knew of another – Driftwood (2016), another strange indie movie.
A young woman washes ashore and is taken in by a stranger. As she convalesces in his remote cabin, the relationship with her would-be savior tears down archaic ideas of patriarchy and gender roles still prevalent in modern society.

She was still acting as recently as 2022, but now seems to have transitioned entirely to writing.
