1. 1. This show has a pretty big cast for a show called “One Hundred Years of Solitude.” Just sayin’.

   2. Did they have an intimacy coordinator for those scenes of the farm animals getting it on?

   1. Remember this is “magic realism,” where events are not constricted by logic. As I’ve noted in the past, “magic realism” is a misnomer vbecause it shouyld not have the world “realism” in it. Magic realism is to actual realism as death by chocolate is to actual death.

      It’s the town of Macondo that was separated from the outside world for 100 years. For a century, it was sort of like like Brigadoon. The only outside visitors in that period were Gypsies who visited once a year, bringing news of the latest scientific developments, like refrigeration.
