Where is the 4K release for this movie? Not only is it a great nude scene, but it’s based on a book by Dan Jenkins, possibly the greatest author in the history of the English language. (OK, he’s not a better writer than Shakespeare, but he’s the funniest sportswriter, and always politically incorrect, so he’s more fun than Shakespeare.)
I won’t say outright that this is my favorite nude scene of all time, but it has to be in the discussion! Sadly, I have never seen it in HD.
That was almost her only nude scene. She spoiled perfection with a brief topless scene in The Coriolis Effect, part of a video anthology called Kisses in the Dark (1994)

Great sene. It is strange it has never been re-released in any format, that I’ve seen. Just a guess, but it might have something to do with music rights? IDK.
The older gentleman she walks by on her return is Dan Jenkins.
Insanely hot woman, always saw Corinne pop up in roles from 80s on waiting for another streak, in vain alas – also pretty sure this has never been upgraded was cuz it was an HBO movie & they just outright ignore their pre-Sopranos output (good luck finding Dream On in HD)
Great tits!
She is someone I’ve had a crush on for years. And she’s been in some TERRIBLE movies (Police Academy 4, Stewardess School, and Zapped!).
I’m with Scoop, this is one of the all-time great nude scenes. I always wondered why Corinne agreed to it. I mean, with the kinds of movies she was making at the time, she must have turned down tons of films where she’d have to take her clothes off. So for this made for TV film, she agrees to get this naked? It’s not like HBO had the prestige it would later earn, it was nothing back then. And it wasn’t like Martin Scorsese was the director. Never saw her discuss this anywhere.
While it wasn’t necessarily a “prestige” movie, it was probably a more interesting role for her to play than a lot of the other ones she had done. Even in that clip, the characters are having a serious conversation, so it may have been something she saw as an opportunity to stretch her acting chops in ways those other movies did not.
PLUS, back then, a “this is just gonna be a movie on HBO, it won’t be in theaters” might have been considered more feature than bug. “No one’s gonna see it” might make the prospect of doing the scene more appealing. Certainly no one was doing The Internet Is Forever calculus in 1988.
No one would have thought that no one would see it just because it was on HBO back then. While they weren’t Sopranos yet, HBO was the top of the premium channels and you could watch top quality Hollywood films completely uncut which is why it was an expensive channel. HBO was even successful in the 70s before cable. Many satellite tv providers were doing very well in the 70s, a big reason why cable tv was created. Hollywood was losing customers to these growing services.
This actress was not a big deal so doing this movie wouldn’t be a hard choice. She was on some low budget sex comedies, I remember liking her because she was lovely but she had no fame. Doing this film on HBO with these actors was a big step up from what she was doing. It also came out in the late 80s and by then I think many in Hollywood knew that sex and nudity would be a big part of the 90s. The late 80s were very conservative, but all that changed very quickly.
