There is much more nudity in this film, including some very explicit, but it is all performed by stunt/body doubles.

So, stunt/body doubles for the nudity? In a film from Norway? Man, if you can’t count on Scandinavian women willingly getting naked, what’s left to live for?
It’s an *assumed* body double for the explicit muffin shot. Very many people live by the “if I can’t see her face, it’s a BD” rule. I don’t know. I wasn’t there. Maybe she went for it.

Did they use a stunt double for your character during the film? If so, which sequences in particular required it?
It was used in a lot of scenes. We had body doubles for intimate scenes, and stunt doubles for stunts.
Interesting that they interviewed Lea Myren there and she has caps showing her breasts and face at the same time. Did they also indulge in some CGI?
I had assumed that any body doubling would have involved Thea’s almost gyno exposure.

Thea’s body double is credited in the cast. It’s Gabriela Topolewska’s coochie.
Lea didn’t say she was never naked. She said she used a body double for the scene where Elvira looks at herself in the mirror. I suppose she didn’t consider the one where she simply removed her shirt to be a big deal
Even if she had not said that, we could see that the one where Elvira looks at her body in disgust is an obvious body double. The framing is clumsily squared off to hide the face, although there is no reason to shoot the scene that way. It’s really embarrassing that the cinematographer has to take credit for that scene because it looks like it was shot by a child who has never used a camera before and doesn’t know how to get people in the frame. Such are the problems created by body doubles.
It would have been interesting to hear Lea’s answer to “Why did you agree to do one scene and not the other?” but the interviewer never asked that question.

According to google, Ms. Topolewska is a track athlete. Competed in 400m and 200m for Poland.
I’m pretty sure those are two different women
The track athlete and physical therapist is a very slim blonde with body fat of about 5%.
