Such is 21 Positions, the new Spanish drama from director Néstor Ruiz Medina, with the added twist that the couple at the center makes their living making pornographic content for OnlyFans. In the right hands, a film with this conceit could be a candid and textured examination of the contours of such a partnership. Unfortunately, Medina stumbles on obvious pitfalls that the novel execution creates.
