I dig this, because it hearkens back to the best days of slasher movies: these are the women the filmmakers could afford and convince to get naked. Back in the day, sometimes it was who showed up on set or who the writer was dating.
These are professional porn stars so it doesn’t take much convincing to get them naked. Compared to their day job this is an effortless gig.
I remember reading somewhere– I can’t remember if Kevin Smith was passing on this advice to another director or he was talking about someone was passing it on to him– but it was along the lines of “If you’re directing a bit where someone has to get naked, just cast a porn star, because it’s so much less awkward asking them to take their clothes off when it’s time to do the scene.”
I’m confused – it’s about a “serial clown killer” – so is that a serial killer who only kills clowns, or a serial killer who IS a clown?
It’s a killer who only kills serial clowns.
(Actually a serial killer who is a clown. Or something.)
