EZ GIF. It’s easy to create .gifs, but that’s not why I use it. It will instantly convert any picture format to any other – free.

ezgif is nice, efficient, but a 10 sec limit on gifs. The gifs are higher quality than Cloud Convert but you can change settings re: quality. Use both all the time. Would say cloudconvert is more no muss, no fuss, but you can up 200 pics iirc to ezgif to make a gif.
You can change settings on both to whatevs. The key word is free.

I think the site I will end up finding most useful, or at least using most often, is ManualsLib.com. I can’t count how many times I’ve used Google to find a product manual because I don’t remember how to do something like pair a new device via Bluetooth. Sometimes, I go looking for a PDF of a manual even when I have the paper manual right in front of me because the manual was printed with a font so small you need a microscope to read it.
