Lisa Langlois did much nudity.
No, Lisa Langlois did little nudity.
Both are true, depending on your definition. If your criterion is the number of projects with nudity, she tops out at two. This one and Phobia (1980). Very little. But if your definition is the total amount of naked screen time, she did a shitload, mostly in this movie. It was about as close to a full Beart as any American actress has gotten, excepting Mimi Rogers in Full Body Massage. Full frontal and rear.
And was she ever gorgeous in this film!
To my knowledge, this is the first time this film has ever been seen in digital media. I can’t imagine how the economics could justify issuing a Blu-Ray of this crappy, forgotten Steve Guttenberg movie, but I’m glad they released it. Thanks to the requester for the tip!
We’ve frequently discussed the abundance of nudity in the 1982-1983 era, when youthploitation and screwball comedies were peaking. Nudity was essentially de rigueur for filmmakers and actresses in that era. Therefore, since this is a movie about invisibility, it features the obligatory women’s communal shower scene in addition to the 12 minutes of Lisa Langlois nudity! Two of the naked students were played by scream queens:
Brinke Stevens (far left)
… and Michelle Bauer (foreground)

Here are a few more captures, but this source was not as crisp:
From the comment section:
Dr. Hackenbush says: I looked up Phobia after checking your old post. It has a 4.2 score on IMDB, but……it was directed by the great John Huston! Yeah, the same guy who wrote and directed The Maltese Falcon! What a come down. OTOH, he didn’t get Mary Astor to take her clothes off in The Maltese Falcon (even tho there was a great nude scene in the original novel).
UncleScoopy says: That’s a hard one to figure. The old boy still had good movies in him. Not many years before this, he did The Man Who Would Be King, and some time after this he did Prizzi’s Honor. I just looked up the IMDb scores. Every film he did AFTER this was rated at least 6.6 at IMDb, so he wasn’t senile. This film was truly an aberration in his distinguished career. Maybe he just wanted to see Lisa Langlois naked.
