Brazilian drama filmed in Lisbon. English translation of the title: “Monet Red”
The protagonist is a painter who has lost the ability to see colors. One day, while passing in front of a café on one of Lisbon’s elegant streets, his black-and-white world is invaded unexpectedly by color. He spots a woman and can see that her hair is red, “Monet red.” He later thinks that her hair is a sign that she might be the muse he needs, so he seeks her out, but she never returns to that café. Finding her becomes his obsession.
Also topless in the film: Gracinda Nave
And five artists’ models (uncredited) give the film some full-frontal nudity

Thats not Gracinda Nave, she does not show anything
also, Maria Fernanda Cândido shows side boob
So it’s not Gracinda? It’s just a woman who looks exactly like her, whose character is also paralyzed and also needs somebody to bathe her?
You obviously haven’t seen the movie, thats Gracinda

I have seen it, but I don’t speak Portuguese and there were no English subtitles, so I may have missed a lot. Gracinda plays Adele, the paralyzed wife, right? So the woman I pictured just happens to be a woman who looks exactly like Gracinda, and is also paralyzed and needs to be bathed? That seems like an impossible coincidence.
So who is that woman?
That link you shared just goes to the imgbox homepage.
its Samantha Heck Müller, this is Gracinda
If that is Samantha Heck Müller, who is the younger woman on the other side of the bathtub.
Perhaps I didn’t understand. My impression was that he first pictured his de-aged wife as she was when she was his muse, then thought of Heck-Mueller and thought she could be his new inspiration.
I guess they really fooled me my having the woman on the left wearing the older lady’s familiar earrings (Samantha Mueller’s character did not wear that style – and mostly wore no earrings at all throughout the film).
Ginger’s gotta cute butt
I can’t reply so I post it here Scoop, the other woman in the bathtub is also Samantha, yes both of them, just look at the boobs 😉
The woman on the left is obviously supposed to be his wife when she was younger, based on the fact that she’s wearing her earrings, while the character played by Mueller doesn’t wear old lady earrings .
The question then is whether they had Mueller play the wife and the muse or whether they made Gracinda look younger.
I’m still not convinced. To me they don’t look alike except for small chests. The woman on the left looks 20 years older and, in fact, looks EXACTLY like Gracinda’s IMDb picture.
It still looks to me like they “aged down” Gracinda to look like she did when she was younger, and that would make more sense in the context of the story.
Because the picture is old, Gracinda is now 56
Yes, that’s the point I made. They apparently de-aged her to look the way she did when she was his muse. Then he imagines that the younger woman could replace her as his inspiration.
They made Tom Hanks look 20 in a recent movie, “Here,” and he’s about a thousand years old
Obviously, we will not agree on this point because you think that both of the women in the bathtub are the same woman, and to me they look nothing alike except for reddish hair and small breasts, a similarity explained because the younger woman was cast specifically because the character reminded the artist of his wife when she was young. One looks 35ish, the other looks 20. One has an underbite, the other does not. They have different noses. The one on the left has visible eyebrows, the other does not. The one on the right has a cleft in her chin, the one on the left does not.
You’re not going to be able to convince me that they are the same woman, so there’s really nothing more to say.
